For Those of You Who Are Weary

There are some truths that have been constantly coming up in my mind the last few weeks; Some of them I have read, and some of them have been spoken over me.  I want to speak them over you.  

I know I won't sleep tonight until I tell you these things.  Maybe you need to hear them as much as I do.  Because I know a lot of weary people, and we can all use a little reminder of what we've been promised.    

Maybe you will find some peace here. 

For those of you who are weary:  

When you start to wonder if Jesus knew what He was doing when He gave you the dreams you have, may you remember that every place your feet tread He will give you.  Wherever you go or whatever you do, walk in Grace.   

When you start to feel defeated, may you remember that the same God who led you in will lead you out.  You are not stuck in the places you have created.  There is restoration and redemption coming.  He will lead you out.  

When you start to get weary, may you remember that He will fight for you, you just have to be still.  There is rescue on the way. 

When you start to wonder if the Lord remembers the promises he gave you, may you remember that He will fulfill those promises.  He has not forgotten.  He will come through.  

When you start to believe the lies in your head, may you remember that you take every thought captive to obey Christ.   The war the Enemy wages in your mind will not defeat you-the Lord has already won.  He has already won.  

When you start to wonder what the hell He's up to, may you remember with your whole heart that God is not against you.  He's just not.  

When you start to feel the weight of decisions you have to make, may you remember that God is for you.  He isn't for your circumstances, He is for you- wherever you're at and whatever you're doing.     

When you start to worry about all the details, may you remember that He has gone before you and made the crooked places straight.
